Advance notice: Work in progress on the renewal of the Web Real-Time Communications Working Group Charter

Hello,

This is an advance notice that the W3C Team is currently working on a
revised charter for the Web Real-Time Communications Working Group:
     https://github.com/w3c/strategy/issues/462

with the current proposal available at:
      https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-charter/webrtc-charter.html

The current charter of the Working Group expires in September 2024. The
current proposal is simply to update the charter to align it with the
latest charter template and to update the list of deliverables.

We welcome input and feedback on the draft charter. If you wish to make
your comments public, you're welcome to raise comments at:
    https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-charter/issues

W3C Members may also discuss on the member-confidential mailing list
<w3c-ac-forum@w3.org>.

A formal Advisory Committee Review for this charter is expected in July
or August.

If you should have any questions or need further information, please
feel free to contact Carine Bournez <carine@w3.org> and Dominique
Hazaël-Massieux <dom@w3.org>, Team Contacts for the WebRTC Working Group.

This announcement follows section 4.1 of the Process Document:
