Advance notice: Work in progress on Second Screen Working Group Charter; Current Charter Extended

This is an advance notice that the W3C Team is currently working on a 
new charter for the Second Screen Working Group:
    https://w3c.github.io/secondscreen-charter/

The Team expects to formally propose this charter to the Membership in 
March 2024.

We welcome input and feedback on the draft charter. If you wish to make 
your comments public, you're welcome to raise comments on the draft 
charter at:
    https://github.com/w3c/secondscreen-charter/issues

W3C Members may also discuss on the member-confidential mailing list 
<w3c-ac-forum@w3.org>.

The current charter [1] is hereby extended to 30 April 2024, to allow 
the Second Screen Working Group to continue its work and to cover the 
time needed for the rechartering process to complete.

including information about group Chairs, Staff Contacts, and 
instructions for joining the group.
