Advance notice: Work in progress on Security Interest Group Charter

Hello,

This is an advance notice of a charter in development for a Security 
Interest Group (SING):
   https://w3c.github.io/charter-drafts/2024/ig-security.html

The mission of the Security Interest Group is to is to improve security 
on the Web by advising groups developing standards on how to avoid and 
mitigate security issues with their technologies. Security Interest 
Group also suggests changes to existing standards and technologies to 
improve the security of existing systems.

The group is designed to bring security researchers and cryptographers 
together by reviewing standards and providing advice for a more secure Web.

We welcome input and feedback on the draft charter. If you wish to make 
your comments public, you're welcome to raise comments on the draft 
charter at:

W3C Members may also discuss on the member-confidential mailing list 
<w3c-ac-forum@w3.org>.

A formal Advisory Committee Review for this charter is expected in two 
months.
