Advance notice: Work in progress on Web Application Security Working Group Charter; Current Charter Extended

Hello,

This is an advance notice that the W3C Team is currently working on a 
new charter for the Web Application Security (WebAppSec) Working Group:

The mission of the Web Application Security Working Group is to to 
develop mechanisms and best practices which improve the security of Web 
Applications.

To allow time for AC review of the proposed charter and to allow the 
Group to continue its work, the current WebAppSec WG charter is hereby 
extended until 31 January 2024:

We welcome input and feedback on the draft charter. If you wish to make 
your comments public, you're welcome to raise comments on the draft 
charter at:
    https://github.com/w3c/webappsec/issues

W3C Members may also discuss on the member-confidential mailing list
