[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Web Real-Time Communications Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Web Real-Time Communications Working Group Charter' (Advisory Committee) for
Mozilla Foundation by Tantek Çelik.

The reviewer's organization suggests changes to this Charter, but supports
the proposal whether or not the changes are adopted.

Additional comments about the proposal:
We'd like to see the Success Criteria section improved (to start with, a
fragment to reference it https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-charter/pull/79) in
a similar manner to our feedback in
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2022Jun/0011.html
which itself was accepted and is present in that current charter:
https://www.w3.org/2022/07/immersive-web-wg-charter.html#success-criteria

Since that portion (first two sentences) of the Success Criteria in the
WebRTC charter is not changing in this charter update, we will pursue this
by filing an issue and possibly a pull request accordingly.

The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - Web Real-Time Communications Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
   - intends to apply this technology in our operations.

Answers to this questionnaire can be set and changed at
