Re: Proposed W3C Charter: Private Advertising Technology Working Group -- returned for further work

In follow-up to this review, the draft Private Advertising Technology
Working Group charter proposal has been returned for further work.
Several reviewers raised substantive objections or suggestions, and this
charter did not gain support of 5% of the W3C membership.[1] We expect
to continue discussion in the PATCG repository[2] before bringing an
updated charter back for membership consideration.

Thanks,
--Wendy
