[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: RDF Dataset Canonicalization and Hash Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
RDF Dataset Canonicalization and Hash Working Group Charter' (Advisory
Committee) for Digital Bazaar by Manu Sporny.

The reviewer's organization supports this Charter as is.
The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - RDF Dataset Canonicalization and Hash Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
   - intends to apply this technology in our operations.

Comments about the deliverables:
Digital Bazaar strongly supports this work item as it is critical to the
work on W3C Verifiable Credentials and W3C Decentralized Identifiers. The
output of the RCH Working Group is necessary to complete a number of the
items in the soon-to-be re-chartered VC2WG, including privacy-preserving
selective disclosure mechanisms for Verifiable Credentials.

Comments about implementation schedule:
The work leading up to the RCH WG has been in incubation since 2010, has
received a great deal of implementation feedback, has a maintained test
suite that stabilized years ago, and began shipping in pilot and production
systems several years ago. We have already developed products, test suites,
and implementations and will continue to do so as the WG progresses.
