[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Verifiable Credentials Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Verifiable Credentials Working Group Charter' (Advisory Committee) for
Digital Bazaar by Manu Sporny.

The reviewer's organization supports this Charter as is.

Additional comments about the proposal:
Given the support over the past several years for the Verifiable
Credentials standard across various US Federal Government agencies (e.g.,
US Department of Education, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US
Customs and Border Protection, DHS Privacy Office), as well as Canadian,
New Zealand, and EU Member States, we support the VCWG Charter.

The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - Verifiable Credentials Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
   - intends to apply this technology in our operations.

Comments about the deliverables:
Digital Bazaar intends to review drafts, implement open source
libraries, and provide test suite support for many of the deliverables in
the group. Our products that utilize the W3C Verifiable Credentials
specification include Verifiable Credential issuers, digital wallets, and
verifiers intended for use in the education, government-issued identity,
retail, banking, supply chain, and finance verticals.

Comments about implementation schedule:
We have already implemented a number of the specifications listed as
input documents and plan to update those implementations based on work
performed in this WG. We expect software revisions to be made fairly
rapidly as partial test suites already exist for some of the deliverables.
