[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Audio Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Audio Working Group Charter' (Advisory Committee) for Web3D Consortium by
Don Brutzman.


The reviewer's organization suggests changes to this Charter, but supports
the proposal whether or not the changes are adopted.

Additional comments about the proposal:
   We would be pleased if Web3D Consortium were added under section 4.2
External Organizations.


The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
   - intends to apply this technology in our operations.


Comments about the deliverables:
   • The Extensible 3D (X3D) Graphics version 4 International Standard is
the royalty-free open standard for publishing, viewing, printing and
archiving interactive 3D models on the Web.  The full expressiveness of Web
Audio API is now available to authors within the X3D scene graph, spatially
mapping audio-visual sources mapped together with geometry. 
• Status: Committee Draft (CD), now preparing final Draft International
Standard (DIS) submission

Comments about implementation schedule:
   X3DOM open-source JavaScript implementation of Web Audio API (with X3D
and HTML5) undergoing specification-compliance testing.  Additional
candidates likely to follow during 2022 include X_ITE open-source
JavaScript implementation and Castle Game Engine view3dscene open-source
Object Pascal implementation.
