Advance notice: Work in progress on a Web Real-Time Communications Working Group Charter

Hello,

This is an advance notice that the W3C Team is currently working on a 
new charter [1] for the Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC) Working 
Group, to continue and complete its work on client-side APIs enabling 
Real-Time Communications in Web browsers.

The charter of the current WebRTC Working Group [2] expires in 
September. This new charter recognizes the new specifications the 
Working Group is taking up in light of the new usages that have emerged 
from the accelerated uptake of real-time communication technologies in 
the past couple of years.

We welcome your general expressions of interest and support. For
