Work in progress on Accessibility Education and Outreach Working Group re-charter (Advance Notice)

Hello,

This is an advance notice that the accessibility Education and Outreach 
Working Group (EOWG) and the Team are developing a new EOWG charter and 
welcome your input.

This re-charter includes:
    * developing more resources that support understanding, 
implementing, and testing conformance to W3C accessibility standards,
    * updating existing EOWG resources to better meet users' needs in 
the current environment.

We welcome input and feedback on this draft charter by *14 April* for 
processing before the next review stages.
