Handshake Protocol Community Group created

The Handshake Protocol Community Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/hns/

--------------------------------------------------

The Handshake project aims to solve certificate authorities problems
caused by the centralization of the DNS root zone. The goal is to
replace the current DNS root zone with a decentralized blockchain
database that allows everyone to own a TLD.
