XSLT Extensions Community Group created

The XSLT Extensions Community Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/xslt-40/

--------------------------------------------------

The group aims to agree extensions to the XSLT 3.0 Recommendation
published on 8 June 2017, along with supporting changes to the other
specifications (XPath, Functions and Operators) on which it depends.

A preliminary proposal describing requirements for such extensions can
be found in Michael Kay's Proposal for XSLT 4.0 published in the
Proceedings of XML Prague 2020

It is intended that the group will operate primarily by use of email
and forums but may hold a face-to-face meeting to resolve issues prior
to final publication of a specification.

 The group may publish specifications.
