Regarding the "Verifiable Credentials Data Model 1.0" specification, the reviewer supports publication as a W3C Recommendation as is. The reviewer's organization: - produces products addressed by this specification Comments about products related to these specifications: In addition to the uPort suite of products, ConsenSys makes use of Verifiable Credentials internally and is planning additional implementation and use both internally and externally. General comments: Many years of work have gone into defining this technology that we expect to be foundational in the shift away from centralized "identity management" to a transactional notion of trust that more closely matches the way humans operate naturally with one another. ConsenSys enthusiastically recommends publication of this specification as a Recommendation and would welcome any future efforts to continue development of the specification beyond this first version.
