The Web Certificate API Community Group has been launched: http://www.w3.org/community/web-cert-api/ -------------------------------------------------- The goal of Web Certificate API Community Group is to provide a JavaScript API for certificate related operations in web applications, such as retrieving a list of certificates, obtaining a public key and a private key associated with a certificate. -------------------------------------------------- To join: http://www.w3.org/community/web-cert-api/join If you do not have one already, you will need a W3C account to join: http://www.w3.org/accounts/request This is a community initiative.
