Graph Standardization Business Group created

The Graph Standardization Business Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/graph-standardization/

--------------------------------------------------

The Graph Standardization Business Group will take the output from the
recent W3C Graph Data Workshop and develop a strategy for how the work
should move ahead. The things we will explore are:

What Use Cases are organizations trying to solve? What are the
business needs that need to be addressed?
What are the possible areas of technical work that needs to be done in
W3C and what organizations will support it?
Which other organizations does W3C need to work with to insure
interoperability?
