[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: ODRL Information Model 2.2, ODRL Vocabulary & Expression 2.2 are W3C Proposed Recommendations'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
ODRL Information Model 2.2, ODRL Vocabulary & Expression 2.2 are W3C
Proposed Recommendations' (Advisory Committee) for Book Industry Study Group
by Bill Kasdorf.

Regarding the "ODRL Information Model 2.2" specification, the reviewer 
supports publication as a W3C Recommendation as is.


Additional comments about the specification:
   Although developed outside the Publishing@W3C umbrella, ODRL will be
incredibly useful to publishers of all sorts, as well as media of all
sorts. It is especially critical in enabling interoperability _between_
sectors. Many thanks to the POE WG for advancing it toward Rec status.

Regarding the "ODRL Vocabulary & Expression 2.2" specification, the
reviewer  supports publication as a W3C Recommendation as is.


Additional comments about the specification:
   The strategy the POE WG used in simplifying ODRL to provide a framework
that is designed to be profiled by various communities of interest is
brilliant and will be key to its success.


The reviewer's organization:
   - does not expect to produce or use products or content addressed by
these specifications


Comments about products related to these specifications:
   ODRL is expected to be used by the members of BISG, the Book Industry
Study Group, and the BISG itself may be involved in development of a
profile of ODRL for book supply chain at some point.
