Synchronized Multimedia for Publications Community Group created

The Synchronized Multimedia for Publications Community Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/sync-media-pub/

--------------------------------------------------

This community group's goal is to propose a way to synchronize audio or
video with Web Publications and other document formats being developed
by the Publishing Working Group, in order to make the publications
accessible to people with different types of reading requirements. The
CG may recommend the best way to integrate an existing technology, or it
may provide an outline for developing a new format.
