Licensed Content Community Group Proposed

The Licensed Content Community Group has been proposed:

--------------------------------------------------

Group to discuss how to handle licensed content that is published on the
web.

Propose an efficient way forward for all stakeholders.

Content involved:
- (stock) photos
- song lyrics
- video

Currently majority of enforcement relies on identifying unlicensed
content, contact publisher or hoster, followed up by DMCA's or proof of
ownership/licensing.

--------------------------------------------------
