[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Web of Things Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Web of Things Working Group Charter' (Advisory Committee) for
Forschungszentrum Informatik (FZI) by Benedikt Kaempgen.

The reviewer's organization supports this Charter as is.

Additional comments about the proposal:
We support the current views described in the WoT Current Practices and
Architecture as well as charters of the W3C Web of Things Interest and
upcoming Working Group. In several research projects, e.g., in the domain
of Ambient Assisted Living, we use the fundamentals of Web architecture
i.e., URIs for identifying things and their descriptions, several protocols
(HTTP, WebSockets) for accessing things, and metadata for describing things
as a basis for interoperability and discovery (JSON-LD messages between WoT
server and clients and an ontology for defining the basic WoT and concepts
in such JSON-LD messages). For the interaction API we also use the basic
concepts of "properties", "actions", and "events".

The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - Web of Things Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to review drafts as they are published and send comments.
   - intends to develop experimental implementations and send experience
reports.
   - would be interested in participating in any press activity connected
with this group.

Comments about the deliverables:
We plan to evaluate the applicability of WoT concepts and technologies
for the benefit of more intelligent services and products of our research
and industry partners.
