Bible Perikopes Community Group created

The Bible Perikopes Community Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/bibperik/

--------------------------------------------------

The bible - both as a literary work and as a religious work - has a very
typical structure that doesn't always align with regular book
structures. The intention of the group is to create a microdata format
to allow to specify biblical passages, including perikopes built up from
books, chapters, verses and occasionally subverses. There are also
different possible translations of the bible.
