Federated Infrastructures Community Group created

The Federated Infrastructures Community Group has been launched:
  http://www.w3.org/community/omn/

--------------------------------------------------

The mission of this group is to create a set of upper ontologies to
describe federated infrastructures and their resources.
The ontologies will support a number of use cases to semantically manage
the whole life cycle of a resource: discovery, selection, reservation,
provisioning, monitoring, control, termination, authentication,
authorization, and trustworthiness.

This is a community initiative. W3C's hosting of this group does not
