Math Protocol Handler Community Group Proposed

The Math Protocol Handler Community Group has been proposed:

mathematical expressions in MathML to other applications, such as
assistive technologies, graphing calculators, math notebooks and other
mathematics oriented applications, such as IPython and MATLAB.
