Section 3.1 of the proposed charter refers to the Internationalization Core Working Group, both with this name and with "i18n Core Working Group". This working group has been rechartered last year under the name "Internationalization Working Group": http://www.w3.org/2012/07/i18n-charter/charter.html Norbert
