[Web & Networks IG] Call for any requirements for NetInfo API

Dear Members,

This is a Call for any particular requirements for NetInfo API from Web & Network IG members.

The Devices and Sensors WG (DAS WG) in W3C is considering adopting Network Information API (https://wicg.github.io/netinfo/ ) to broaden its adoption. The API is now in incubation within WICG.
