I think it's more interesting to use the sms: schema in SMS. If we had hyperlinks in SMS it would simplify interactions with SMS services a lot. SMS could look like : Did you get the AH1N1 flu? [Yes] <--- hyperlink (sends an SMS back) [No] <--+ Which would be a huge advance in SMS interaction and accessibility.
