Re: new updated roadmap available

 Hi guys,   

 Sorry because I was disconnected when the group discussed the
"audience" of the roadmap document.
 Could we include "government/decision makers", such as people from
the Ministry of ICT?
 In developing countries the government/decision makers usually have
great influence to courage or discourage technology uptake.
