Dear Stephane and All,

Towards the end of our call two weeks ago, Raphael, Lauri and I talked about
elaborating on some of the examples included in the roadmap.
As one of my action points this week I was going to write up one of the
examples. So here it is attached. I picked the voice application in Colombia
because it had more details in the secondary documents available online.

Overall, I think text boxes of this kind will serve to demonstrate the
relevance of the document, which can be fairly technical at time, and whose
audience is rather broad.
