Dear all,

find attached the slides of the presentation Vagner did during the MW4D 
face-to-face last friday.
Despite the fact that it is 2 years old data, it is a very interesting 
report on the use of mobile phones by brazilian public administration to 
deploy government services.

I will send shortly the minutes of the f2f to this list and make a short 
report during next teleconference call which will take place on Mondy 3 
November.
