Dear All, as committed during last call, i prepared a detailed page that describes how to use IRC. As explained, this is a very important tool for an efficient teleconference and group work. so i encourage people to read http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/teleconference.html and manage to be ready to use the system for next teleconf.
