Time signature vertical offset

Hi,

In Dorico, if using Petaluma the time signature digits are not set at the second and fourth staff line, instead they are vertically offset so that they look nice and don’t overlap. Is there some key in the metadata that indicates this? So far, I haven’t been able to find any such key.
