Feature request: metronome equal sign

Hi,

I don’t know if this has been up to discussion before, but I miss an equal sign for use in metronome markings! It would make sense especially for handwritten-style fonts.

And when we’re at it, it would also possibly make sense to have digits specifically for metronome markings, rather than reusing time signature digits. Petaluma, for instance, has very large time signature digits, which looks a bit funny when used in a tempo indication.
