I understood you correctly, but I can't remember this situation arising in a Stockhausen score. I think he would probably have stuck with the arrow-above version for both voices -- but one always had to be prepared for exceptions to be made to the rules! :-) As I said, CLicht doesn't contain the characters you're suggesting, so they certainly weren't part of Stockhausen's standard repertoire.
