Hi all,

we decided that we need a new Example 2 (EX-motivation-its-2.xml)
[Section 1.1.] that is similar to the first Example, but with ITS
meta data. Currently both examples are completely differently and its
harder to understand how ITS should be used.

Attached is a proposal for a new Example 2, which just adds ITS to the
first example.
