Hi Dave, I like the idea very much and would like to contribute. As discussed last week Christian and are working on the introduction (sec 1-2) to the spec itself http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20-for-editing-sec1-sec2.html aiming at 12 June to be finished, and then be ready for feedback from the group. So having that feedback will for sure help the spec wrap up and the intro paper.
