I've updated the placeholder, adding a copy of the table in 
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/PragueSep2012#Participants
enabling every known participant to indicate their interest, and 
suggestions for time and place.
As samples I've filled in for you, Felix "probably not", and for me "Yes 
!! 19:30 or 20:00 !! "
As I don't have suggestions for where, I've left my final column blank.

Now let's see what happens ;-)
Looking forward to the f2f, even if there's a lot of work to do,
