The mail from Christian is here
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Sep/0080.html
but there is not concrete XML format proposed yet. I could assume a subset
of the OLIF termExtrInfo info that Christian mentions in his mail.
My main point would be that this information would be an input to the ITS
aware processor. No need even to have it in the same document. It could be,
as Tadej suggested at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Sep/0081.html
in a "header" of a document. But in e.g. HTML that would cause troubles.

Best,

Felix
