I could assume a subset of the OLIF termExtrInfo info that Christian mentions in his mail. My main point would be that this information would be an input to the ITS aware processor. No need even to have it in the same document. It could be, as Tadej suggested at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Sep/0081.html in a "header" of a document. But in e.g. HTML that would cause troubles.
