mlw-lt-track-ISSUE-50 (Dir in HTML5): The dir attribute in HTML5 does not have the same value as in ITS [MLW-LT Standard Draft] http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/track/issues/50 Raised by: Yves Savourel On product: MLW-LT Standard Draft The specification provides example for local Directionality markup in HTML. But, while the example looks OK, the values for HTML5 dir are ltr|rtl|auto not rtl|ltr|rlo|lro. We need, at least a note to explain this. This also breaks the pattern we have that native markup like xml:lang, lang, xml:space have the exact same semantics as the corresponding ITS data categories.
