Yes, I suppose so.

Find attached and example. My PHP DOMXPath is not working with it even if I use "registerNamespace('h', $rootNamespace);" I assume I must add an URI.

It's very likely that missing namespace declaration is error in the test file. However without knowing which test file contains this error, it's hard to say.
