[All] dial in for remote participants and f2f agenda

Hi all,

we will use the regular dial in
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/Dial_in_info_for_regular_call
and IRC as described. The goto meeting bridge will be open 9 a.m.
Our break schedule is now at

On Thursday we will follow the agenda in order. Some items might take until
Friday. On Friday the only fixed item so far is the meeting with the HTML
WG.
