Hi all,
As previously mentioned we've established a table of data categories at
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/Requirements_Assessment
This is a tool to help us prioritise how we address data category
requirements, based on both interest and difficulty. However, ultimately
the test of whether a data category makes it into the recommendation or
not is whether there are two independent, interoperable implementations
of it.
I would ask you all now to give an initial indication of where you
implementation interests lie amongst this set of data categories by
filling in the Implementation commitment column as follows:
D(x) - x will definitely implement this data category in their
system and subject it to conformance testing
P(x) - x will possibly implement this data category in their system
and subject it to conformance testing depending on specific factors
(state them)
Alternatively let me know your intentions and I can add this to the
table for you.
many thanks,
Dave
