ITS 2 namespace URI

A question (probably for Felix):

Will ITS 2.0 keep the same namespace URI as ITS 1.0, or does it needs a new one?

In other word, should I start implementing for:

<its:rules version="2.0" xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its">

Or

<its:rules version="2.0" xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2012/06/its">
