[all] future scribes, please volunteer

Hi all,

I looked at the previous meetings and created a list of scribes, see

There are many people who haven't scribed so far. Please step forward and
help us out, we really need to do more rotation on this. Dave + David,
let's update the wiki each week.

This closes ACTION-84.
