[all] Values for Disambiguation Granularity

Hi Felix, Tadej, Jirka, all,

I was looking at:
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#Disambiguation

and realized that the values for the Disambiguation's granularity should probably be lower-case rather than camel-case otherwise it won't work with HTML.
