forbiddenCharacters data category - new owner needed

Dear all,

as decided in yesterday's call, I hereby send a request to the group to find a new owner  for the forbiddenCharacters data category. Or, to be more precise: We need a new owner in case there is somebody who definitely needs the forbiddenCharacters data category to allow for regular expressions instead of the simple enumeration method as suggested in the current draft version.

So, the punchline is: If you feel like putting together a new version including regular expressions, please go ahead. The deadline for the next draft is next Thursday. If we don't have a regex based draft by that time, we have agreed to stick with the enumeration version for good.
