[ACTION-152] Find out about LSP requirements for ISO/TS 11669 values in ITS 2.0

Hi all,

A few weeks back I was assigned an action to find out about LSP requirements for ISO/TS 11669 values in ITS 2.0. Since this topic is being actively addressed by Linport, but the final form is not yet set, I think it makes sense to declare this topic out of scope for this release of ITS. It seems the consensus in recent weeks was to let Linport handle this sort of thing in general, so I don't see a need to address it in ITS 2.0 at this stage. I've asked Felix to close the action, but if there is any objection, please let me know.
