Dear all, As part of the preparation for the June workshop (and probably for subsequent workshops and publicity events), we are, as discussed in the Luxembourg face-to-face meeting, collaborating with the original MultilingualWeb project membership. To facilitate this collaboration, we aim to use an existing MultilingualWeb project slot on the Zakim bridge for 15.00 Thursday. Obviously this clashes with our scheduled MLW-LT WG meeting every other week. I'd therefore propose that we move the MLW-LT slot one hour earlier, i.e. to 14.00 UTC (15.00 BST, 16.00 CEST). I've already checked with Yves, whose USA timezone the later Thursday time slot was designed to accommodate, and he's OK with this. If moving the Thursday MLW-LT slot to 14.00 UTC would be a problem for anyone else, please let me know before 09.00 UTC Wednesday this week. If there is no issue with this, then I will move to the earlier time starting this Thursday. many thanks, Dave
