Element within text

Hi Leroy, all,

I think the changes for 3 of the HTML element within text file are incorrect:

They should remain 'no' because in those three files (1, 3 and 4) span is declared as within text = no in the rules, so the defaults should not be applied since they are overridden by the global rules.

Or (probably better) we have to change the global rules and remove the reference to span in the input files. Then the default should apply and the output should be 'yes'
