Thanks for the quick reply. We will implement the defaults early next week and then re-run the TestSuite examples ... so ... we will see next week. But our developers also suggested that only one example needs to be adjusted.

The only change seems to be in withintext4html. This change is based on the fact that only phrasing elements listed here http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/HTML5_Defaults#Elements_Within_Text are within text.

that is: only additional defaults for "elements within text". For language information and id value there should be already tests that contain HTML "lang" or HTML "id" attributes.

So we'd need only changes for
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/HTML5_Defaults#Elements_Within_Text

that is, tests with some of (I'd say not all) phrasing elements like "abbr" that are interpreted to be "within text=yes".
