Correction in Text Analysis test suite files (input and output files)

Based on Felix's comment yesterday I have committed a minor update to the
files. This update  effects both input and output so implementers of this
category should update their output files accordingly.

The update is  based on this comment:

> has been changed to
> http://nerd.eurecom.fr/ontology#Location*
